4 leftover chappatis
2-3 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp ghee,at room temperature
What you need to do
- Roughly tear the chappatis and pulse them in the blender/food processor along with the sugar to make a course powder.
- In a bowl,add the prepared powder,cardamom powder and ghee.
- Mix together and form small ball/ladoos.
- A day old chappati works better than fresh chappati.
- You could add dry fruits powder to these ladoos too.
